A LITTLE TRANSPARENCY
Privacy details.
Brite is testing interest in Module 001 before production. This website does not collect payments or card details, and expressing interest does not place an order.
How we measure interest
We use Firebase Authentication to assign a random identifier stored in your browser. No visitor account or password is needed. This lets us count repeat visits once. Clearing browser storage or changing devices can create a new identifier.
We save when you first visit, whether you open checkout or continue to payment, and your selected size. The website’s interest records do not contain your IP address. Google processes technical connection data to operate Firebase and protect it from abuse.
Launch updates are optional
If you enter your email and check the launch-updates box after expressing interest, we save your email with your interest record so we can contact you about Brite’s launch. It is not necessary to provide an email to express interest. You can opt out using the instructions in any future launch email.
Where the data goes
Interest records and optional email addresses are stored in Brite’s private Firebase Firestore database. The public website cannot download those records; aggregate results require an authorized Google administrator account. Interest records help us understand demand for Module 001. Optional contact details are used for launch updates.
